Carolyn Fugere is the Co-President and Chief Sales Officer of William Pitt | Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates in the world, with over $6 billion in annual sales.

With nearly two decades in the industry, Carolyn began her real estate journey as a sales associate in Litchfield County, Connecticut. She quickly rose to prominence, earning recognition for her talent and leadership, which led to her early promotion into management. Since then, her career has been defined by her strategic mindset, relentless drive, and deep commitment to nurturing talent and elevating performance across the board.

Today, Carolyn leads company-wide sales strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational development across four states. She is known for building some of the most successful sales teams in the tri-state area, driving expansion into new markets, and forging impactful partnerships with high-performing agents and teams. Her influence extends well beyond transactions—she is a mentor, motivator, and champion of excellence at every level of the business.
