With all that was going on the morning of the closing, I neglected to truly thank you for everything you did regarding the buying/selling of the Cozier Hill Road property. At first I was hesitant about using a dual agent. However, my initial concerns were immediately put to rest. You were fair, honest and totally above board with regard to the entire process. Obviously a real estate agent has to know about real estate values in the applicable market, and the positives and negatives of the property up for sale. But like most other professions, having a thorough knowledge of whatever field one is in is something all professionals, including real estate agents, should have (though I realize many don't).
