Having grown up in Scarsdale, Lisa Nelson Ludwig has extensive knowledge of the Westchester marketplace. Prior to joining Julia B Fee, Lisa had a successful career in advertising sales and marketing working for over 16 years with Smithsonian Magazine, Weight Watchers Magazine, Rodale Press, Reader’s Digest and other national publishing companies.

Drawing from her sales experience - which combine listening skills, creative thinking, teamwork, patience, and negotiation - Lisa brings first rate client service tailoring listings to the varied interests of buyers, finding them the best home, and helping them make a smooth transition to the community. For sellers, Lisa will go above and beyond to achieve their goals. Lisa loves working with, and truly getting to know her clients.

Lisa is especially aware of the needs of growing families.  An avid tennis player and runner, she also enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She volunteers frequently within the school system and is a member of the Scarsdale PTA.
