Originally from Long Island, Katie has called Westchester home for nearly two decades, putting down deep roots and raising two children, both of who attend The School of the Holy Child in Rye.  Her experience in finance sharpened her analytical instincts, while home staging trained eye for space and possibility-skills invaluable in real estate.  What sets her apart is her tenacious, purposeful approach and first-hand local market knowledge.

Katie is thoughtful, approachable and genuinely warm member of the Rye community.  She serves on the board of the Milton Point Conservancy, an organization dedicated to preserving some of Rye’s most cherished historic and environmental landmarks.  She stays closely involved with her daughters’ school, volunteering as a parent representative and leading events and fundraisers.  Her deep care for the community shines through in all she does.

A passionate fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer-Katie understands that true well-being encompasses every aspect of life.  She brings that philosophy to her work, guiding clients through one of life’s most significant transitions with patience, intention and care.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys long walks, creating delicious meals, playing tennis and planning her next travel adventure.
