We are pleased to announce the official opening of the new Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage in Irvington, NY. Located at 46 Main Street, this new office provides the company with a central foothold in the booming Rivertown markets of Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Cortlandt, Croton on Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Ossining, Peekskill, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. Clients in this important New York marketplace will now have full access to all of the unique benefits our brand has to offer, including the expertise of our sales force, the sophistication of our marketing, and the strength of our global affiliate network. Scarsdale brokerage manager Jason Wilson, who will be co-managing the Irvington brokerage alongside Bronxville brokerage manager Virginia Doetsch, called the Rivertown area “an area sought after more and more for its relaxed lifestyle, supportive community atmosphere and incredibly convenient commute to New York City.”
Known as the HCH team, Beth Hargraves, Maria Carlino and Bernadette Haley will be three of the first sales professionals to establish our Irvington brokerage in the Rivertowns market. Formerly of Houlihan Lawrence, the Westchester County Board of Realtors’ 2005 Rookie of the Year Beth Hargraves consistently ranked as the firm’s number-one agent in single-family home sales in the Rivertowns, achieving more than $130 million in sales volume since joining the firm a decade ago. She attributes her achievements to the personal touch she brings to all of her client relationships as well as the loyalty and commitment she offers from the initial search to the closing table. Maria Carlino also brings with her a wealth of real estate experience in the Rivertowns market. Formerly the owner of her own IT consulting firm, Carlino has used the contract negotiating skills she acquired in her former career to find her clients the best deals time and time again. Her personable, attentive and understanding nature pairs with her history of quantifiable success to make her an outstanding asset to the Irvington team. Bernadette Haley’s illustrious 30-year career in magazine publishing, in which she served as the first-ever female publisher of America’s largest monthly magazine, Reader’s Digest, has provided her with a results-driven, energetic approach and the ability to be meticulous and detail-oriented in every business transaction.
Also Joining the HCH team in the Irvington brokerage will be Valerie Vanadia, Andreea Waters, Mark Zylla and Kristin Ritch. A native of Southern Westchester, Vanadia translates the skills she acquired from 20 years of leadership as a director of IT marketing and training in advertising into tools for real estate success. Recognized as a commended and celebrated photographer, Waters blends her creativity with great business acumen, providing her with an edge in the marketplace. Mark Zylla started his career in event planning in New York City before holding a project manager position. Born in South America and having lived in Germany for several years, Zylla brings to us a unique set of international skills, and is fluent in English, German and Spanish. He recently joined the Irvington team after moving to the Rivertowns from upper Westchester County, where Zylla served as a practicing real estate agent for several years. Lastly, as a Westchester resident for over 20 years, Ritch brings a vast amount of expert Rivertowns knowledge to the table. Ritch received her bachelor’s degree in communications, and formally held a position at Fox News Corp in the firm’s advertising and sales department for FC, National Geographic and Fox. This experience, as well as her passion and the genuine level of care she brings when working with clients, allow Ritch to understand all client needs when dealing with the emotional and financial aspects of real estate.
Under the guidance of Wilson and Doetsch, all of our new real estate agents and clients are certain to carve out the type of success that typifies the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
