Mid-Century Modern homes have been a popular style choice for decades since they made their debut in the mid to late 20th century. In 2017 home buyers flocked to these unique homes that are characterized by flat planes, large glass windows and open space. Mid-Century Modern properties were constructed between 1945 and 1980 and take advantage of simplicity, becoming one with nature, encouraging residents to explore the world in new ways. According to Curbed, the Mid-Century Modern trend has deep roots through history and will be here to stay to for years to come.
