By Tyler R. Morrissey

REAL Trends, one of the most trust sources in the industry for real estate news, recently came out with their yearly rankings of the best real estate agents at the state level and in the nation overall based on four distinct categories. The Sotheby’s International Realty brand was once again well-represented in this year’s rankings. William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty saw a combined 26 agents and two teams named the best in Connecticut and New York, and one agent received nationwide honors. Today we congratulate all of those who were recognized.

Stamford, Connecticut, agent Ed Villeda was ranked in the 2018 REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal “The Thousand.” Villeda was ranked No. 232 nationally by transaction sides for completing approximately 132 transactions in 2017.
