William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes  Jean Gerrity and Pam Kadamus as New Agent Team

Mother-daughter real estate team brings over 40 years of combined experience to the firm

Madison, Conn. – October 15, 2015 – William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that mother-daughter agent team Jean Gerrity and Pam Kadamus has joined the company, operating as the Gerrity & Kadamus Team. The seasoned real estate duo will be based in the firm’s Madison, Conn. brokerage, offering a strong background of top-producing service and local knowledge.

Kadamus embarked on her real estate career over a decade ago after partnering with her mother, Jean Gerrity, who was, and continues to be, a highly respected agent in the Connecticut Shoreline market. Together they formed the Gerrity & Kadamus Team, quickly becoming a well-known, dominating force in the area. Now with over 40 years of combined experience, the top-producing, award-winning team continually delivers top-notch service and dedication to their clients.

Kadamus is a long-time resident of Madison and is deeply rooted in the community. Prior to her real estate career, Kadamus worked as an Executive Assistant t a local company for over 15 years, during which time she developed many of her high standards and principles.

“I joined my mother determined to follow the already well-established business she had created,” said Kadamus. “I couldn’t ask for a better mentor and role model—her experience is invaluable. Together, we make sure to deliver the utmost integrity and honesty, with a strong work ethic and compassion for our clients in the often stressful home buying and selling process.”

“Working with Pam has undoubtedly brought my real estate career to the next level,” added Gerrity. “We both absolutely adore the charming towns of Connecticut’s Shoreline, and hope to share our in-depth understanding and passion for the area with our clients, resulting in the best possible outcome. We serve our clients for life, and stay in touch long after leaving the closing table.”

The Gerrity & Kadamus Team actively services the Shoreline of Connecticut from Old Saybrook to Branford, specializing in single-family homes, luxury properties, waterfront/water-oriented homes and condos. The team also works with buyers and sellers in every price point, including first-time homebuyers.

“Both Pam and Jean have a dynamic enthusiasm about them that makes for an incredible agent team,” said Kathy Mitchell, manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Madison brokerage. “They clearly love to be around people, and are all about building and maintaining relationships. We look forward to benefitting from all they have to offer, and welcome them to our Madison brokerage.”
