William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Opens New Berkshire County Brokerage in Lenox, Mass., Hosts Grand Opening Celebration

Lenox, Mass. (January 30, 2017) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that the firm has opened a new office in Lenox, Mass, expanding the company’s foothold in the heart of the Berkshires. The brokerage is the firm’s second Berkshire County office, after the company first made Sotheby’s International Realty®’s luxury real estate services available in the Berkshires in 2013 with its office opening in Great Barrington.

Kristine Newell will serve as the brokerage manager in Lenox, and Timothy Donnelly as assistant brokerage manager. Newell is currently the brokerage manager for the firm’s Kent, Lakeville, Litchfield and Washington Depot brokerages in Litchfield County, Conn., as well as the Great Barrington brokerage, and Donnelly currently serves as the assistant brokerage manager for the Lakeville and Great Barrington brokerages. The Lenox office is opening with a sales force comprising 16 sales associates, including new to the firm agents Elle Villetto, Fin Hanley, Stephanie McNair and Tonia L. Scalise.

The company will host a special grand opening celebratory event at the new brokerage location at 34 Church Street. The event will be held on January 31, 2017, providing agents with the opportunity to mingle and network with the company’s senior leadership.
