Stamford, Conn. (June 11, 2021) – William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that 43 agents and eight teams were ranked in the 2021 REAL Trends list of “America’s Best” real estate professionals. REAL Trends, one of the most trusted sources of news, analysis and information in residential real estate, partnered with real estate training company Tom Ferry International to release this year’s ranking of top performing agents in each state.
The list’s four categories include individuals by sales volume, individuals by transaction sides, teams by sales volume and teams by transaction sides. The ranking is based on performance in 2020. According to REAL Trends, agents named to the list represent the top 1.5 percent of all real estate professionals in the nation.
In the individuals by volume category, 41 agents in New York and Connecticut were honored.
The category included Westchester County, N.Y., agents Laura DeVita, Holly Mellstrom, Andrea Weiss, Jennifer Holmes, Wendy Alper, Jennifer Baldinger, Agnes Holzberg, Ellen Stern, Kathleen Collins, Mimi Magarelli, Rona Calogero, Joseph Stilo, Fran Klingenstein, Dalia Valdes, Susan Handelman, Alice Regan, Anne Moretti, Christy Murphy, Louis Katsoris, Anthony Lando, Tracy Isaacs, Gay Rosen and Carole Sears.
Connecticut agents in the individuals by volume category included Laura Freed Ancona, Cyd Hamer, Bruce Baker, Rick Weiner, Colette Harron, Carolyn Brook, Margaret Muir, Amy Barsanti, Judy Mitchell, Pam Roberts, Lorraine Amaral, Ed Villeda, Lori Elkins Ferber, Bobbie Abagnale, Kirsten Adams, Lisa O’Rourke, Barbara Hickey and Leslie Razook.
Mellstrom, Ancona, Amaral and Villeda were also recognized in the individuals by transaction sides category, along with two additional agents from Connecticut: Jules Etes and Mary Clancey.
The teams by volume category included eight teams from the company, including Westchester County, N.Y., team The HCH Group and Connecticut teams The Sneddon Team, The Goldspiel Group, Madonna & Phillips Group, Best & Cavallaro Team, Portfolio Properties Group, The Susan Santoro Group and The Clair Group.
Five of these teams were also named in the teams by transaction sides category: The Sneddon Team, The Goldspiel Group, Best & Cavallaro Team, Portfolio Properties Group and The Susan Santoro Group.
