William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Agents Become “Ninjas” in Special Sales Training Event

“Ninja Selling” in Madison Proves Transformative Experience for Attending New and Experienced Sales Professionals

Madison, Conn. – November 7, 2019 William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that 50 sales professionals from across the firm’s 27 offices recently attended an intensive four-day “Ninja Selling” training event in Madison. The nationwide training program for real estate agents was designed to teach an approach wholly focused on building relationships, listening to the customer and helping them achieve their goals.

Graduates of Ninja Selling have reported increased productivity while generating predicable results and a continuous flow of customers through using the system. At the same time, new and experienced agents alike acquire techniques to improve their own mindset and program the non-conscious mind for success. The philosophy is based on creating value for clients and meeting their wants and needs through questions and active listening instead of overtly selling.

The recent event was held at the Madison Beach Hotel from October 29 through November 1.

“The feedback and enthusiasm I hear from our agents who attend Ninja Selling is unlike anything I have experienced in over 30 years in the real estate industry,” said Paul Breunich, President and Chief Executive Officer of William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. “Every time I run into a ‘Ninja’ they are quick to share stories about how their life and business have changed in a profoundly positive way. The course is nothing short of transformational.”

Since taking the course, agents across the company have attested to reestablishing relationships with old contacts, attracting new clients, increasing referrals, and establishing a clear process for attaining goals.

The firm has become a strong proponent of the unique sales approach, partnering with Ninja Selling to offer local training events, known as installations, throughout the year. Two weeks prior to the Madison event, the firm’s senior leadership team became immersed in Ninja through a dynamic three-day managerial version of the class. In addition, the company provides ongoing support to agents with special trainings, workshops and skills groups on a weekly basis, and aims to continue the initiative well into the future.

The company is set to offer its next installation in January in Mamaroneck, N.Y., at the Orienta Beach Club. Registration is currently open to all agents company-wide.
