The Susan Santoro Group Joins William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty

Guilford, Conn. – January 7, 2021 — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that one of the Connecticut Shoreline’s top producing agent teams, the Susan Santoro Group, has joined the company and will be based out of its Guilford, Conn., brokerage. The Susan Santoro Group consistently ranks among the top producing teams by dollar volume in New Haven County and along the Shoreline, achieving approximately $45 million in volume in 2020 according to SmartMLS.

Most recently associated with Press|Cuozzo Realtors, the team specializes in New Haven and Middlesex counties including the Connecticut Shoreline. The team has been recognized by New Haven Living magazine with its prestigious Top Real Estate Group award annually since 2013.

Team founder Susan Santoro first entered the real estate industry in 1985, and by 1989 was regularly named in the New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors Quarterly Awards for multi-million dollar producers, a status she has maintained consistently every quarter in the decades since. Among the many additional honors she has achieved over the course of her career, she has also won Connecticut Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award each year since 2011, scoring highest for overall satisfaction. Santoro is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation only held by 4% of Realtors nationally. She is an active participant with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a volunteer with The Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut’s Trees of Hope.

Rounding out the team are Kate Esposito and Alicia Mahon. Esposito adds expertise not only in residential sales but in leasing, multi-family sales and land purchases along with a reputation for delivering the highest level of personal service to all buyers from families to first-time purchasers. Mahon additionally brings a significant background in multiple aspects of the real estate business through a lifetime of family involvement in home construction and remodeling. Her clients consistently give her 5-star reviews and rave about her ability to make sure purchases and sales go smoothly. Both are also actively involved in their local communities, with Esposito participating in several charities including Girls on the Run, and Mahon sitting on the board for the Community Nursery School and volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut.

“Susan, Kate and Alicia make up one of the most highly respected real estate teams on the Connecticut Shoreline,” said William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Guilford brokerage manager Kathy Mitchell. “They are known for the exceptional marketing and deep market knowledge they deliver to their clients, backed up by an extraordinary sales record. It is an honor to welcome such an accomplished and talented team to our firm.”
