Southport, Conn. – November 9, 2021 – William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Janet Tatusko has joined the firm and will work out of the company’s Southport brokerage. Tatusko has decades of experience in client services with exceptional negotiation skills and a history of closing complex deals.
Bringing 18 years of expertise in luxury real estate, most recently with the Higgins Group and also including a previous affiliation with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Tatusko has a track record of achieving top results for her clients. Builders, buyers and sellers from the markets she serves have sought to team up with Tatusko for her excellent marketing skills, 24/7 access, technological skills, and for her consistent, discrete and seamless transactions.
Tatusko additionally offers specialty in waterfront properties, helping clients with blueprints for new construction and maximizing energy efficiency. Tatusko’s attentiveness to her clients also extends well after the transaction is completed. Her dedication to her buyers and sellers has led to many repeat clients and referrals throughout the country.
Prior to real estate, Tatusko worked in the financial arena for years with two hedge funds as well as GE Capital with a focus on private label credit cards, building databases and sales and analytic campaigns for major retail stores. Early in her career, Tatusko found a love for real estate, trading her own properties in the surrounding area as well as Palm Beach Gardens.
“With every deal, Janet looks to go above and beyond, teaming up with experts such as architects, builders, Fung Shei specialists, stagers or anyone else to meet the needs of the client,” said William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Southport brokerage manager Linda D’Amato. “Her success is a testament to her tireless work ethic and passion for providing nothing but the best of care.”
Tatusko has an MBA and is certified Six Sigma as a Master in Process, Compliance and Negotiation.
