New sales agent brings over 15 years of global relocation expertise to the firm
Fairfield, Conn. (June 25, 2015) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Michelle Hennessey, a former sales and operations executive in the global relocation industry for 15 years, has joined the company as a sales agent and will be based in the firm’s Southport brokerage.
Hennessey brings a background in negotiating contracts and effectively managing multiple facets of the home moving process. She previously held a position as Director of Operations for NYC Navigator, a destination services provider, as well as served as the Regional Sales Director for global leadership training and language education at the company Berlitz International. During her time at NYC Navigator, Hennessey executed the home search process for corporate relocations, ensuring the smoothest possible transitions for executives and their families.

Hennessey began her studies in political science and international relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning her master’s degree in International Relations from The American Graduate School for International Relations & Diplomacy and the University of Paris- Sceaux. She gained valuable work experience abroad at the International Chamber of Commerce, UNESCO and at Knight Frank, which marked her first role with an international real estate firm. Hennessey currently resides in Fairfield, where she has lived since 2007.
