Danbury, Connecticut (November 14, 2018) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that experienced and tech savvy real estate agent Liz Newnham has joined the firm’s Northern Fairfield County Regional brokerage, bringing with her exceptional customer service skills and over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Newnham worked for Real Living Scalzo Group Real Estate, where she was named a Connecticut Magazine “Five Star Winner” and received many other accolades including a Top 100 Agent Award, as well as 360 Service Diamond Elite designation in 2017. Newnham stated that she chose to move to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty due to the firm’s broader worldwide network, sophisticated marketing tools and exclusive media partnerships.

A native of England, Newnham moved to Weston, Conn., in the 1980s and now resides in Southbury. As a former horseback rider, Newnham is well-versed in servicing clients that are interested in equestrian properties. She also has extensive experience in dealing with first time home buyers, and excels in building strong relationships through her customer service skill sets.
