Old Lyme, Conn. (January 16, 2023) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Molly Bruno will assume the role of Assistant Manager for the firm’s Old Lyme, Niantic and Mystic, Conn., brokerages. Bruno brings to the position a unique background that blends a long career in print and digital marketing and experience as a local entrepreneur with extensive real estate knowledge.
Bruno’s entrepreneurial instincts helped her quickly build a strong brand within the real estate community after becoming an agent. She won the Young Professional of the Year Award in 2018 and 2020 from the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors as well as 2020 Young Professional of the Year honors from the Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.
In her new role, Bruno hopes to empower agents to succeed in Connecticut’s Shoreline region, drawing upon the firm’s technological resources along with her own work ethic and leadership style to inspire excellence. “I’m here to help our agents level up in every way that I can,” said Bruno, who grew up in Southeastern Connecticut.
Bruno is passionate about inclusive business communities and making Connecticut a better place to live, work and play. She is 2023 President-elect of the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors and leadership for Connecticut networks of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce.
