Lily Stelluti is the Director of Agent Success at William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Imagine Lab.

In this role at The Imagine Lab, her past career experience culminates in an innovation-based learning environment rooted in real estate and born out of a desire to support, educate, and elevate an exceptional sales staff of 1100+ real estate sales professionals.

Mrs. Stelluti has been with William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty since 2015, previously serving as the Marketing Manager of the Darien and Rowayton Brokerages. In this position, she implemented services, organizational solutions, and systems on behalf of and directly for the agents, including workshop series, one-on-one training, event coordination, marketing campaign and asset creation, and brand consultation.

Along with her infectious enthusiasm for education and high standards for customer service, Lily brings a media-infused background. She has worked for other noted names like Apple, where she served in almost every facet of the retail experience from sales to training/development to repair, and Universal McCann, where she was a Project Manager overseeing a staff of 30+ across various media disciplines from traditional to experiential.

Lily has always enjoyed real estate (as someone with an active Pinterest Board and dreams of DIY grandeur) - here, she’s able to engage with the business from a completely different angle — immersing herself in a unique client experience where devoted agents are both clients and catalysts for evolution in their local real estate spaces.

When asked about her approach to her role, Lily explained: “Real estate might be viewed as a traditional business, but today’s market and clients are anything but. Being agile enough to adapt to the ever-changing technological challenges, and meeting the demands of today’s clients and consumers, while always maintaining an empathetic, communicative, and impactful approach to our industry is key. I might be called the Director of Agent Success, but it is our agents and their commitment to excellence that ultimately makes this company and team a success”

Mrs. Stelluti lives in Fairfield with her husband with an ever-growing collection of contemporary art, and far too many pairs of shoes and eyeglasses. She is a graduate of Simmons College and has called many places home over the years: Toronto, Philadelphia, Boston, Milan, and Greenwich to name a few. In her spare time, she enjoys attending as many concerts as possible, dabbling in photography, fantasizing about starting a food blog, going out to dinner whenever and wherever, and frequenting makeup stores with alarming regularity.
