We must have seen 100 houses over the course of a year...the Pandemic market was crazy...through it all he was steadfast in his committment to me and a great guide. Tim has renovated many homes and he really knows what to look out for, whenever he always made sure we investigated the mechanicals, windows, etc. He always spotted the pros and cons so we could make educated decisions. The team he suggested (closing lawyer, inspection teams, mortgage broker) were all fantastic and we finally found my house! A year later Tim bought a place around the corner and now we are neighbors!
