Susan has the patience of Job.  We worked with her for over two years to find our forever home in the Hudson Valley.  Because we lived far away there were days she showed us a dozen homes.  After she found our home, and because we were new to the area, Susan was really helpful post-closing in recommending all sorts of necessities, such as a reliable heating oil and boiler maintenance firm, plumbers, electricians, and a person to plow the snow on a long steep driveway.  A true professional through all phases of what can sometimes be a stressful process.

Susan was incredibly helpful and patient during our search for the perfect property upstate.  We were looking for something unusual, and she never stopped searching for interesting places to show us.  In retrospect, I'm certain we were not the easiest Clients, but she never let us feel we were wasting her time, and she never wasted ours by showing us places she knew we wouldn't like.  She was also very good at identifying issues with mechanicals and thinking through renovation tactics.  She ultimately found our dream property for us (calling us to say "I think you're going to love this one - it's weird!"), and guided us through a complicated short-sale closing process.  We loved working with her and we recommend her wholeheartedly!
