Steven Weishaus is fantastic ! He works hard , is prompt at responding and submitting paperwork for applications etc . He was so patient with me : for personal reasons I had to keep postponing my move in date for the new place . When I first went to him in early summer of 2022 I thought I was going to move imminently (in fact we put in a couple of applications in July already ) and I ended up finally moving in March of the next year ! Steven was so patient with me , never pushed me and never made me feel rushed or that he was even annoyed that I was taking so long and even totally changing the location where I was looking apartments at . I could not have possibly asked for a better agent to work with for the purchase of my home and the sale of my apartment. For the purchase Steven was knowledgeable, and after a few short weeks and some conversations very in tune with exactly what I was looking for. He was patient with me and did not try to rush me into anything just to get a sale. We saw about 30 properties before finding the one. He would always do his due diligence on every property and point out the positives and the negatives sometimes in scenarios that I did not see. Steven also represented me in the sale of my apartment. We accepted an offer at full asking price within the same of week of initial listing. We were then in contracts the next week. If he didn’t appear a young guy which he is, I would think he has been doing this for over 20 years. His early success in this business does not surprise me at all.
