We switched brokers to Jaime and Kendall after 6 months with another firm. Jaime and Kendall and their team re-staged the house at their expense, and they helped us 'correct' our asking price slightly. Traffic jumped, and the house had offers in a few days. I don't think we left anything on the table, got a good price, and are extremely happy with the Sneddon's energy and enthusiasm.
