Rania has been living between Larchmont and Rye for the past 30 years. She and her husband have 3 grown kids, who all went through the local school system. She enjoys traveling, tennis, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

Let me tell you about Rania Khouri's excellent service. When bidding on a house, she advised me about important contingencies to consider so as to avoid getting in a bidding war with the other pending offers. She then explicitly conveyed my offer, and within the day obtained an acceptance from the seller. But Rania's work didn't end there. During the inspection, additional issues arose, about which the seller's agent provided some verbal assurances. Rania somehow knew that there could be more to the matter and felt she had to get the heart of the inspection issues. So she went to the Larchmont building department to review the records.
