We started looking at homes casually, trying to assess which towns aligned with our needs. We’ve lived in the city for over a decade. Randi was very sharp, without being pushy, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. It was refreshing to speak with someone who wanted to build a relationship with us, and not just sell us a home. We met with Randi at her office roughly a week after speaking over the phone. She welcomed us - 2 small children and all - explained the process of buying a home, and really listened to what was important to us. She had several homes for us to look that day. We didn’t see anything that was a fit, and truthfully, we weren’t expecting to find our home in that first day. About a month later, Randi sent us a few homes that she suggested we see. There was a home that had a potential buyer - we really liked the pictures and the neighborhood. We went and saw all the homes - Randi was so welcoming with our kids which really helped.
