Penny Smyth

Penny is a team member of the Smyth Team and works along side her husband Paul Smyth. Please click here to view more complete information about Paul and their business. Penny joined Paul’s established career in real estate about 20 years ago. She grew up in Connecticut and raised her two children here. Her early career was in community heath nursing working as a bilingual nurse in the greater Hartford area. Following that she was a resident school nurse for five years at the prestigious Avon Old Farms School. Penny moved back to the shoreline and has been here ever since. 

She continued her nursing career as a home care supervisor along the shoreline and then made the transition from home care to caring about you and your home. Penny brings her compassionate and disciplined practice to Sellers and Buyers to create a gentle navigation through the buying and selling process. 

Penny is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and attended graduate school at Pennsylvania State University.
