Nermin Epperson

Nermin Epperson has been a real estate professional in Westchester County for over 35 years, and is well-known for her thorough attention to detail and dedication to meeting each individual's needs. Her straight-forward approach and personal warmth has built strong bonds and praise from both clients and associates.

Nermin has not only achieved her GRI and CRS designations, but has also been recognized by many industry awards, including the Woman of Achievement Award, the 100% award, and she has twicewon the Hall of Fame award. She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, the Hudson Gateway Associations of Realtors as well as the New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Nermin raised her family in Edgemont, and has been very active in a number of school and community activities, including Veterans causes, Father Flannigan's Boys Home and volunteering at the White Plains Hospital. Now living in Bronxville, she is highly familiar with thelocal communities, and specializes in serving lower Westchester, including Scarsdale, Edgemont, Bronxville, Eastchester, Yonkers, and New Rochelle.
