Mike did the impossible for us. We found a house we liked, but we only wanted to sell our existing house if we were for sure going to get the one house that we wanted. Mike knew our situation going in and was like "sure, let's do it!". We put in an offer, but the sellers wanted to know we were serious, so we reluctantly had to list our house, since our offer was contingent.
