My name is Brian Ferreira. My wife, son and I recently bought our very first home!! We closed this past Monday. This is something we have been trying to do for three years, but we always ran into an issue. Weather it was credit, Dept to income or just a bunch of unexpected repairs. I'm a veteran and so we were using the VA mortgage, which made things much more difficult. We were living in a tiny condo, but our son who has Autism was getting bigger. At times it was disturbing the neighbors. It was not easy to select a realitor, some would just ignore us if we ran into financial or credit issues. Others were showing us homes that we're either way over our price range or homes that look like the wind could blow them over. They never even tried to meet our requests. It was becoming hopeless. Then, one day...the sun's powerful rays began to slice through the once dark and dreary clouds. A figure could be seen emerging from the sky's now scattered, diminished and gloomy remains. It appeared to be an agent. Wrapped in a long quilted sweater and topped with long opal hair that had the power to control the wind. As this agent from the heavens approach me in her black VW sedan, I instantly and literally felt an enormous weight left from my shoulders. She stepped out of her glistening black beauty and introduced herself as Michiko . Lol...I exaggerated a little , but she truly made the impossible, possible. She stuck by me for 3 whole years. Never once did she make me feel like a lost cause. Constantly reassuring and positive. Michiko would always do her best to get us something that we would be happy with. She understood me and it's as if she knew exactly what I wanted. We did have some rough times, but again....she never gave up or told me there's nothing in that price range for you.
