While he is not an inspector, he has a good eye for things to look for while walking through a property and was helpful with pointing things out without being pushy or making me feel too swayed about making a decision on a house. I found Mark by accident but very fortunate I did and wouldn’t have wanted to work w anyone else . This was my first time buying a home. In an insanely competitive market he was able to find me a home in a little less than a week of working together. I didn’t know what to expect buying for the first time but he was there through the entire process , always available by phone when I needed him or had questions . Even went as far to make himself available to meet w the municipality to tie up loose ends before my closing . His referral for mortgage lender was fantastic as well.
