Marjana Shtjefni is a full-time Real Estate Sales Associate with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, based in the Bedford, NY office with an additional presence in New Canaan, Connecticut. She serves discerning buyers and sellers across Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York, as well as Fairfield County in Connecticut.
A resident of South Salem, Lewisboro, Marjana brings firsthand knowledge of the local communities, schools, and lifestyle nuances that help her clients make informed decisions. As a mother of two children, she deeply understands the priorities of families when buying or selling a home.
Originally from Shkoder, Albania, Marjana holds a Law degree and spent 14 years practicing in the legal field. This experience has honed her analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and exceptional patience, all of which set her apart in guiding clients through complex real estate transactions.
