About Me About Me

As a native of Fairfield County, Lisa Hartmann can easily sell Westport/Weston/Wilton and the surrounding towns. She was raised in Easton and met her husband, Robert, while attending Greens Farms Academy in Westport. They settled in Westport in 1999 to raise their three children. Lisa's sales expertise, together with her in-depth knowledge of Fairfield County, enables her to help clients make the right choices for their lifestyle needs and financial goals.

Lisa’s love of the sea has made her savvy regarding issues of particular interest and importance to those who live or desire to live in waterfront communities. Lisa is a long-time member of the Saugatuck Harbor Yacht Club and she has served on various community committees. She also serves and assists her husband, Robert, on various committees from Saugatuck Island Owners Association to Okemo Trailside Condo Board in Vermont. She enjoys adventure through skiing, boating, and traveling.

Lisa’s knowledge extends to the building and expansion of homes within the jurisdiction of the Wetlands Commission. Lisa has managed and helped others navigate through the process of building in a floodplain based on her own experiences.

Lisa's best advice for selling your home in today's market is to depersonalize, declutter, and stage your home so buyers can picture themselves living Herin your home.

Her best advice when buying a home is to be patient, do your due diligence, and come prepared. Lastly, location, location, location!
