Kristin Celano’s career has always centered on people, storytelling, and helping others make confident decisions. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development across New York City and Connecticut, she has built a career turning complex information into clear, compelling narratives — and advocating for clients at every stage of the process.

After years of working with fast-growing organizations, Kristin was drawn to real estate for the same reasons she loved her work in marketing: the opportunity to guide people through meaningful, often emotional decisions with clarity, strategy, and care. Her background gives her a sharp eye for positioning, negotiation, and detail — skills that help sellers present their homes thoughtfully and buyers move forward with confidence.

Now rooted in Essex, Connecticut, Kristin is deeply invested in her community. She serves on the local PTO and Essex Parks & Recreation board, a founding member of the annual Essex Turkey Classic (ask me more!), and is an active member of Essex Paddle Tennis Club (EPTC) and Essex Corinthian Yacht Club. She lives in Essex with her husband, Chris, their two children, Wes and Willa, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Shea Bear.
