About Me About Me

Kathy has been a real estate agent and advisor for twenty years. Her previous experience as a legal secretary and a position working for an interior designer laid the foundation for her real estate career. With her knowledge of the real estate market and its trends, together with her excellent communication skills and attention to details, Kathy makes a commitment to her clients and strives tirelessly to reach a successful conclusion in every transaction. Whether it is a listing and sale of a home, a purchase or a rental, Kathy will use a positive approach in all negotiations and work enthusiastically for her clients. She realizes the importance of integrity, dilligence, responsiveness and problem-solving.

Kathy has been a resident of Fairfield for forty years and, as a result, she is aware of all that Fairfield and the surrounding towns have to offer. She has listed and sold properties in Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Black Rock and Stratford. During her career she has been recognized as a top producer at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty where she has began in 2004. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Fairfield Board of Realtors. She is also a certified Relocation Specialist.
