Joseph has considerable experience with builders and is well versed in every facet of property development including engineering, architecture, town codes, planning boards and construction. He has worked with many local developers in locating parcels of land to develop for the construction of luxury homes. He is directly involved from the design of the house to the completion of the home. His keen knowledge of what buyers are seeking is crucial to the transaction. Joseph spends numerous hours on the job site consulting with the developer to help improve the final product.

A lifelong resident in Harrison New York, Joseph attended Harrison High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clarkson University. He is a father of four daughters and stays very active in the local area volunteering his time coaching youth athletic teams, and is a proud sponsor of Harrison Scholar Athletes. His commitment to the community is extended through his personal life and professional career.
