We sold very quickly and above asking, even though the market turned as we went to market. We spoke to a few other agents before selecting Jody and they came up with long lists of expensive "must do" items that did not make sense. Jody had a short list of very practical and useful suggestions, so while we had to spend to sell we felt the expenses were all sensible and necessary.
