Jim’s path to Berkshire County real estate began long before his professional
career. Originally from the Bahamas, he spent his early years learning the
industry through his family’s real estate development business throughout the
Caribbean area. However, his love for the Berkshires stems from many visits to
the area and his attendance at a nearby boarding school. After graduating from
college, Jim decided to live in the area for the same reasons as his clients: the
culture, the landscape, and the community spirit.
