A former home design magazine Publisher, and recognized industry leader, Jennifer spent more than twenty-five years leading sales teams - selling to and negotiating with the world's top luxury brands working on titles like Elle Décor, House & Garden, Western Interiors, Luxe Interiors + Design, and Cottages & Gardens (CTC&G, NYC&G, HC&G).
Prior to launching her real estate business, Jennifer was VP of Sales at Sotheby’s NYC in e-commerce luxury home where she mastered the art of client service and discretion working with luxury brands, dealers, interior designers, and their clients. She joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty knowing the power of the global brand first hand.
Her home design and marketing advice is sought after proving invaluable in representing sellers to achieve the highest price for their property and representing buyers purchasing primary or weekend property– she really knows Connecticut, is armed with trade resources, and loves the hunt! Buyers and sellers benefit from her sales, sharp negotiating and analytical skills - developed early on Wall Street.
Jennifer and her husband moved to Rowayton, CT from San Francisco in 1999 and raised their son Andrew - along with a golden named Bentley, and two rescued black labs, Jack and Winston. You will find her working in the Rowayton office most days – so please stop in!
Fun Facts: Jennifer constantly rearranged furniture as a child, read Vogue at 10, loves a great tag sale, is a history, art, and classical architecture lover and mid-century modern fan. She digs preppy New England style, has a thing for sailing and boats, and all things equestrian - she took lessons at New Canaan Mounted Troop, her husband is a descendant of the Weed family in Darien, and a most notable life moment to date was being a “greeting family” for the arrival of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip in Bermuda at Tucker’s Point in 2008.
She is a member of the Decorator’s Club, HBRA (Home Builders & Remodelers Association), NAR (National Association of Realtors), DBOR (Darien Board of Realtors), the MLS, and supports local organizations like the Rowayton Arts Center, Farm Creek Preserve/Norwalk Land Trust, Bayley Beach, Rowayton Civic Association, Rowayton Historical Society, Open Door Shelter, and the Philip Johnson Glass House.
