We were attempting to sell a house in terrible condition after my father moved out of it to enter assisted living, and I live some distance away and didn't have time or energy to do much active myself. She arranged for (much needed) professional cleaning; did a spectacular job of virtually staging it for the listing; and when it later became necessary to find a plumber arranged for that as well -- I didn't have to do anything but pay the providers. When we had a scare about a possible leak at the property, she was at the house with a plumber by the time I heard about it. The pricing strategy she came up with was also very successful. We got lucky with a very motivated buyer who wanted the specific location, but Jennifer handled it in a way that bid them up to somewhere around $100K over the house's ordinary market value.
