My realtor did a great job getting the condo ready for sale and communicating with me all through the process. Robert J Tolomer
Gail Stone was a delight to work with. She is very professional and knows her job well. I like a lot of progress communication through the sale process and Gail stepped up to the plate and delivered. David Ford Phillips
I have used Gail Stone over a number of years for several properties I own or owned in Stamford Connecticut. In the last year she flawlessly handled the sale of two properties in Stamford, including a single family home and a condominium. Both sales resulted in multiple bids and the house closed above asking price and the condominium at approximately 99% of ask. Gail helped get both properties ready for sale. Additionally Gail has handled finding tenants for several properties in Stamford flawlessly. William DeJonge
Gail Stone went beyond her title of "agent" in helping us to prepare for selling our apartment. She identified areas requiring repair/replacement and even took it upon herself to buy/replace replace a smoke detector as well as meeting with repair workmen when our schedule prevented us from doing so. She earned her commission. Alan & Lynn Cadan Lynn & Alan Cadan
Gail Stone went beyond our expectations of a sales agent to help with the sale of our apartment. In addition to shepherding us through all the paperwork involved, she was personally involved in monitoring any repairs and upgrades, both in terms of supplying names of reliable contractors and actually taking the responsibility of contacting them, meeting them on site to survey work required and getting quotes for that work which she forwarded for our approval. In fact, a last minute required repair caused her to replace her "sales hat" with a "contractor's helmet" and personally corrected the issue herself. We were in capable hands and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reference. Lynn & Alan Cadan
Gail Stone went beyond what we expected from a realtor and guided us confidently through the many setbacks. She was wonderful! Irene Steinmann
Gail did a great job. Moved diligently but quickly. Created a competitive atmosphere necessary to get a price above list with multiple bids and no contingencies. William DeJonge
I have worked with many relators over my life, but without a doubt, Gail Stone was the best I have ever had and she exceeded all of my expectations. Gail helped me sell my mother's home. My mother is 94 and my sister, her caretaker, passed away. I interviewed a number of realtors. All the realtors I interviewed suggested a listing price which was below the market. I suspect this was because they thought I was in a hurry to move on and they could close the deal quickly. Only Gail suggested we target the market price. Gail did a great job marketing and promoting the home which was poorly maintained over 50 years, but it did have a number of redeeming features that she focused on. She also told me what things should be repaired and what things could be ignored. The repairs were modest and did not interfere with marketing the home quickly. Others suggested expensive, time-consuming repairs which would have delayed getting the house on the market and spending money on improvements that may not to be the buyers tastes. Gail succeeded in getting interested buyers into the home. In a short time, there was more than one offer on the property. Gail did a great job in promoting a competitive bidding environment. The price I received on the home exceeded my expectations and was far above what other relators had told me. Gail also helped me in identifying lawyers who could help me to manage an escrow account and to close the deal. Gail reviewed charges and was able to reduce some of my fees. Further, the lawyer she recommended for managing the escrow was transparent and responsive. After repairs were made relating to the escrow fund, my mother received the funds back on a timely basis. My mother was very lucky to have Gail Stone representing her. Curtis glynn, Client

Gail Stone was the most professional agent I have ever worked with. She worked with me from day one and right through the sales process. I would gladly recommend Gail to my friends when they decide to purchase or sell their home. Michael Watras
