We are so grateful to the wonderful Emily Lyddy. We were in Connecticut for a week, and she found four condos for us to view, starting our home search while we were in town. We didn’t expect to find a home on our first try, but Emily's expertise in knowing the market, price ranges, community types, shopping, healthcare, utilities (well or city water, etc.) was remarkable. She guided us to the home we chose, which was the second one we visited. Emily is a tremendously resourceful realtor and a joy to know.
