Beth did an amazing job from the beginning to the end of our home sale process. She listened to our thoughts when it came to pricing our home based on upgrades and knowledge of the home only we would have. She staged our home beautifully and even had a professional photographer take drone photos and video to ensure buyers had the best views of not only the house but also our unique neighborhood. She even arranged for floorplans to be drawn by an actual appraiser which minimized questions about the actual square footage (a must with older homes!).
