Dottie MacRitchie is a truly dedicated professional (along with many other outstanding qualities, which I will address later.) What started as a search for a new vacation home evolved into a two-year odyssey. I had never owned a single-family residence, but was a happy city dweller with multiple apartments and a handful of gut/renovations under my belt. I thought I knew a lot. Suffice to say, I didn’t. I didn’t even really know what kind of house I would like. A person like me is a realtor’s nightmare client. Dottie’s patience is nothing less than awe-inspiring.
