My brother and I recently put our childhood home up for sale after the death of our 95 year old mother. As you can imagine, this was not an easy process, but Danielle made it as easy as possible. Living in the neighborhood herself, she took the time to continually check on the property, cleaning it personally after too many sloppy visits by other brokers showing the property, and even had her husband do some minor electrical repairs to the property. She advised us on small things to invest in the property to get it sold, as quickly and as profitably as possible. She took us through the nuances of a potential sale, recommending a few local real estate lawyers to interview, and explained the market in detail and what we should be looking for.
