Dan Demasi was our agent when we sold our parent’s home early last year. Our parents had lived in the family home for close to fifty years and there was a lot of work to be done before it could be listed. Dan arranged for the various workers to come out to the house and made sure that the work was properly completed. He also arranged for the house to be staged. This was all such a blessing to our family as we live out of state, our father had just passed away and our mother is in a care facility. Dan assisted myself and my family when we were forced to move in a very short time frame because my previous landlord on the house we were renting decided to sell it during the height of the real estate market in the summer of 2021.
