Born in Hong Kong and raised in Westchester County, Chelsea Hammerschmidt was immersed in real estate long before earning her license. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she launched her career in Hong Kong—one of the world’s most competitive markets—where she quickly rose to success, ranking #1 in transactions for her company in 2020 and leading the launch of its new website.

After five years navigating the fast-paced Hong Kong market, Chelsea returned to New York and Connecticut, bringing her international expertise to the communities where she has deep roots.
