Cecilia Brignole

With over a decade of multifaceted experience and an unwavering can-do attitude, Cecilia has cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing residential sales, marketing, interior design, and staging. 

Cecilia started in 2011 at Douglas Elliman representing international investors in their pursuit of New York City properties.

From there, in 2014 she pivoted Time Equities Inc, a prominent real estate developer in Manhattan, where she oversaw sponsor sales across Manhattan and Clinton Hill (Brooklyn). In this role, she advised developers, architects, and general contractors on everything from marketing to floor plans to staging; giving her a comprehensive view of the entire sales cycle - an invaluable asset to her clients. 

Her BA in Political Science and Law, and a Masters in Finance translated into work at both the United Nations in Washington DC, and private equity in New York City, specializing in investments in emerging markets.

She is also the founder of Hygge Haus NYC, a staging service dedicated to assisting developers in Manhattan. www.hyggehausnyc.com

She also holds a Broker License in New York, Connecticut, and Florida solidifying her presence in the real estate landscape. 

Cecilia was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been a Manhattan resident since 2001. She’s also a devoted wife and mother to a five-year-old son.

Her passions include interior design, running, fitness, and global traveling. Her personal interests mirror her dedication to creating beautiful and harmonious living spaces, fostering genuine connections with clients, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the real estate industry.
