Instead of immediately trying to make a sale, he listened to our needs and our dealbreakers and made sure to show us all the pros AND CONS of any home we walked into. He asked all the right questions to allow us to critically think about one of the biggest decisions of our life. Then when we finally made an offer and after the home inspection, Bob fought for us to get the appropriate adjustments and to make sure the home was fit for us to move in. Bob answered all our calls from morning to night, and instead of getting upset, he kept repeating that we could call him anytime with any questions. Even after we purchased the home and moved into the house, Bob checked in on us again! He wanted to make sure that we liked the neighbors (you can but you can't really control who lives near you) and that our move went well.
