The new print and digital ads are designed to evoke the aspirational aspects of real estate, targeting buyers, sellers and agents seeking to work with the most exceptional company and brand in the industry.
Move up captures the essence of who we are as a company and the experience we offer. The nature of real estate is built upon aspiration, an idea that Move up perfectly encapsulates—whether the audience is a seller wishing to list with a stronger company, a buyer pursuing a better house or a more knowledgeable agent, or a sales expert seeking a more powerful brand. We also like the invitation to city dwellers to move up to our market areas, which comes to life in the initial set of ads you will see.
Developed in partnership with the real estate marketing agency 1000watt, the marketing pieces are now appearing in both print and online media outlets, as well as across the company’s multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The firm is also excited for the launch of an Instagram contest that will take place next month where the winner will receive two box tickets to see the New York Rangers take on the Buffalo Sabres at Madison Square Garden on March 24. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. Details on this contest will be announced next week.
