In our physical office spaces, we are limiting the number of individuals allowed on site at any one time, restricting office hours, fully observing social distancing, wearing face coverings and taking increased steps to ensure cleanliness. We are operating in a similar manner in servicing our buyers and sellers, following these and other procedures when meeting face to face and touring properties. Agents can enter properties with limited people present including purchasing decision-makers, inspectors and for final walk-throughs, and also give property access to appraisers.
Importantly, while seeing clients in person is now possible with specific safety protocols in place, the state-of-the-art technology we are equipped with means that all activities throughout the real estate process can be completed remotely. Via sophisticated video conferencing, our agents can give listing presentations, tour sellers’ properties and determine market value. Using that same technology, they can provide on-demand virtual showing experiences to prospective purchasers if parties do not wish to see homes in person. Our conferencing technology also gives agents a powerful way of maintaining constant communication with clients, while our online transaction management system allows us to complete all stages of the real estate process—from showing to closing—in a virtual world. In fact, buyers and sellers can get all the way to closing day from the comfort of their computer screens if they choose.
Although the circumstances under which we may show properties has changed, our commitment to providing an exceptional level of service to you has not. We are able to serve any of your real estate needs either in person with social distancing or virtually, thanks to a robust technology suite that enables each of us to be in sync 24/7.
