Bill Morrow was very helpful in enabling me to sell a piece of land a part of which is on a rather steep hill and was much overgrown. There was potential there for building, but there were many costs related to it. I was thinking recently there should be "Super Realtor" designation because Bill Morrow is it.  Bill started working with me to help on a lake house that ultimatley fell through due to inspection issues.  But, even that experience is a testament to Bill's unwavering commitment serving the best interests of his client.  Bill was on top of each step of the process, often reminding and prodding me at the right points about the right things to do at the right times.  His perpective of the housing market and the Berkshire region specifically is so informative and insightful for any outsider wanting the "inside" view.  And his knowledge of homes and construction was invaluable in really assessing the present and furture "value" of the homes he presented.  I often mistook him for a general contractor (and urged him to be one!)...All of this was from my experience with Bill on a purchase that fell through.  And so no surprise that even after so much time and effort spent on a failed purchase, Bill was never relenting on searching and monitoring the market until he found that perfect one I closed on.  And here's the thing.  I figured the deal was done when it was.  But Bill followed up.  He offered places for me to take my kids and where to get the best foods and do the things to experience the Berkshires that no "travel guide" book could provide.  I've purchase plenty of homes in cities and areas I already knew.  But buying a vacation home in the Berkshires was new and so unfamiliar.  Having Bill as my agent, on my side, changed my view of what a difference a Super Realtor makes.  If you want to buy in the Berkshires, It's Bill.
