Before joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, Wende owned and operated Cornerstone Capital Mortgage & Real Estate Services, where she advised clients on financing strategies, cash-flow analysis for investment properties, and portfolio growth. In 2011, she sharpened her negotiation skills as a property price negotiator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac short sale portfolios, earning numerous achievement awards and consistently ranking as a top negotiator.
